Kobian was founded in 1978 in Singapore and has progressed from a distributor of computer peripherals in Eastern European & ASEAN countries to an established manufacturer of I.T. and lifestyle products under the brand name Mercury.  Kobian has offices in 13 countries and over 280 distribution channels globally. The company has strength of 780 staff and the annual turnover was US$185 million in 2003 and projection for the year 2006 is US$400 million. 

Kobian Canada is a member of Kobian Group, started operation in 2002 in Markham, Ontario as a distribution channel of Mercury line of products for North and South America. Kobian Canada has a fleet of top-notched and knowledgeable personnel specialized in distribution and related after-sale service support of computer hardware and lifestyle products. The company supplies Mercury products as well as other prestigeous brand products to various national and regional leading distribution and retail partners in Canada, USA and countries in South America.
